Walk/Run to a Smoke-Free Life
Run to Quit can help you quit smoking for good by taking up walking and running. Walking and running can help cope with discomfort and cravings while cut down and quitting smoking. The program pairs the quit smoking expertise of the Canadian Cancer Society with the Running Room’s Learn to Walk or Run 5 km clinics and is funded in part by the Public Health Agency of Canada.
