Employees NOT on Probation have two categories for salary progression:

  1. Career Progress Increments – when their salary is between minimum and midpoint of their salary scale.
  2. Performance based Merit Pay – when the employee has passed their probation and is at or above midpoint

Both categories use the same evaluation tool, the Annual Performance Appraisal Tool
