ADHD Peer Support with TideMinds Therapy: 7-Week Virtual Series for Neurodiverse Staff and Faculty

December 12, 2025

UBC Human Resources is offering a 7-week virtual peer support series designed to support individuals with ADHD and those who identify as neurodiverse. The program, delivered in partnership with TideMinds Therapy Collective and hosted through the Centre for Workplace Accessibility, creates a confidential and supportive space for connection, skill-building, and shared understanding.

This inclusive series welcomes UBC staff and faculty of all neurotypes — you do not need a formal diagnosis to participate. Over seven weekly sessions, participants will explore practical strategies, community support, and evidence-informed tools aimed at enhancing organization, focus, emotional regulation, and wellbeing.

This program offers a chance to:

  • Learn about ADHD and neurodivergence, including how it may show up in work and daily life.
  • Build skills for planning, prioritizing, and self-care.
  • Connect with peers in a safe, confidential, and interactive environment.

The series runs virtually on Tuesdays from February 24 to April 7, 2026, and is free during the pilot period, with all costs covered.
